Books are overrated
or why personal development industry worth $67 billion won't help you become better

When it comes to personal development, there is one thing that has too much credit.

The global personal development market size was valued at $42 billion in 2021 and will reach $67 billion by 2030.

To understand the scale of this: only $3 billion dollars could save over 100 million children from starvation each year.
It’s a huge market: books, courses, webinars…

But do they give YOU a chance to become better?
Thousands of books and podcasts that you will see by 2030 – will they help you:
– improve your health?
– earn more money?
– become a more present father?
– turn into a more inspiring leader?

Well, sort of.
Knowledge is vital for humanity.
I am a 100% nerd.

But.

There is one problem with personal development that is painful to admit.

We have enough knowledge about how to practice things.
We just don’t practice the knowledge.

Skip 15 minutes a day on another NYT bestseller.
Add 15 minutes a day to practice the new habit.

Less content.
More discipline.

Stop the avalanche of books and YouTube gurus.
Pick on goal that is truly important for you.
Ask yourself: what do I want to be better at?

And every day dedicate some time to this goal.
Every day – don’t think.
Just do it.

Those $67 billion won’t stand up for your beliefs.
They won’t treat others with respect for you.
They won’t set your personal boundaries.

There is one tool that works best for me and my clients.
A simple checklist with behaviours that are most important for your goal.

Yeah, this is dead boring. But this is the way.

For the next couple of months free yourself from books and webinars.
Make a simple checklist. Fill it every day.
Use it for as long as it is necessary.

This will be your personal bestseller
Truly an epic piece of content that costs $0 and will bring CHANGE.
